Hot yoga

Hot Yoga

is a modern practice of an ancient discipline where we whack the heat and humidity up 41c. This heat creates a perfect environment to sweat, exert yourself and get a better workout.

Our heating system has been designed using the very latest technology with optimum levels of oxygen pumped into the studio when the system is running. Hot Vinyasa Flow

Hot Vinyasa is a constantly moving and flowing sequence of postures . The teacher will start you slow, opening muscles and guiding you with directive cues as well at introducing pose names, teaching alignment and allowing you to hold poses to build a solid foundation. In contrast to our Hot A & Hot B , these postures change class to class.

Our Flow classes are designed to build endurance as well as be intense cardio workouts.

Hot Yin

Our Hot Yin yoga classes focus on deep stretches, the practice includes fewer postures, which are held for three to five minutes or more in an effort to release the connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints and bone.

Yin is a slow and steady process towards finding space in your body and mind. You need to be ready to breathe through the postures, rather than tensing up. Most people find Yin practice difficult to begin with as we are so used to “being busy” . In class we try and focus on the breath and the feeling of a pose, the mind no longer races and muscles can relax. Yin Yoga is bliss when we let just let go “

Yin is suitable for everyone trying to increase flexibility and find inner peace.

Hot Pilates

Our Hot Pilates is a challenging full-body workout using the Pilates principles. Its high intensity, low impact format is designed to strengthen muscles without the pounding of a high impact workout. Of course, as the name suggests, it's going to make you sweat — a lot.
